The new marketing automation offering reflects TA Digital’s commitment to provide holistic, omni-channel customer experiences.

TA Digital today announced the launch of their marketing automation practice, expanding the marketing technology services they provide to create holistic customer experiences. The new marketing automation practice includes system implementation, optimization, enterprise integrations and end-user training services and will be led by Kimberly Prescott, Vice President of Marketing Automation.

Prescott adds, “Marketing automation is one of the most critical parts of a brand’s technology infrastructure because it centralizes previously fragmented direct marketing channels. This allows marketers to gain powerful insights into their customers’ needs and create relevant and timely programs.

Kimberly Prescott brings 15 years of experience in automation systems and integration development. Prescott was a finalist for two Eloqua Markie awards and published her first book on marketing automation in 2013, entitled, “The Tiger and the Autobahn.” She now brings this wealth of expertise to her team and her clients for TA Digital.

In addition, Deborah Gibbs joined the team as TA Digital’s Director of Demand Generation. “I am looking forward to the growth in marketing technology in the next few years,” states Gibbs. “It is exciting to see the new opportunities marketers gain to nurture customer relationships and measure the return on marketing investment (ROMI).”

Deborah Gibbs has a diverse background including Silverpop Professional and Pragmatic Marketing certifications, and a Specialized Studies Award in Social Media from UCI. Gibbs brings best practices and an authentic approach to the team.
