Kailash Kabra (KK) is a creative business strategy leader who specializes in strategizing solutions and bridging industry gaps. From startups to enterprise-level organizations, KK’s expertise spans a wide spectrum of functions, from Sales, Delivery, Practices, HR, Finance, and Operations to Senior Leadership. His 17 years of experience include positions with IBM, Unisys (CompuGain), EPAM (AGS), and AppLabs.
At TA Digital, KK leads Business Operations, delivering high-quality, near real-time centralized Global Resource Management, Analysis with Analytics, Operations, and Unmanaged Staffing LoB.
KK is International Business Environment and Global Strategy certified, and he also has certifications in Designing Growth Strategies, Digital Marketing, and Strategic Thinking. He received his MBA in Marketing Management from AIMA.
KK is currently based in India and spends his free time indulging in various sports — cricket, TT, football, badminton — creating social content, and listening to music. KK loves to travel and explore the miracles of nature.
