Chesshire graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a MS in Human Computer Interaction and has over 15 years of experience constructing processes that bridge business goals with users’ objectives. An enthusiastic advocate for meaningful user experiences; her professional background includes UX, content strategy, persona and journey-based experience modeling and management of technology. She also has extensive expertise in user-centered research, usability testing, and analysis as well as managing cross-channel and digital strategies.
Chesshire has been responsible for delivering conceptual and tactical solutions to a range of clients covering verticals as diverse as travel and hospitality, non-profit, retail, telecommunications, healthcare, banking, insurance, agriculture, and e-commerce.
