TA Digital Announces Leadership Transition

NEWARK, CA — June 1, 2018 —Award-winning digital agency TA Digital, specializing in digital strategy, artificial intelligence, and omnichannel customer experience solutions today announced that Koti Reddy would assume the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) and transition his current role as CTO to Dr. Ali Alkhafaji.
Koti, who co-founded TA Digital in 2000 with Rajiv Rohmetra, has been the driving force in building world-class technology and global delivery platform for long-term, sustainable success. Under Koti’s leadership, TA Digital has experienced year-after-year growth and significant global expansion. In his new role, Koti will focus on expanding TA Digital’s global operations and delivery model as a significant differentiating factor amongst our competitors.

Coinciding with this transition, Dr. Ali Alkhafaji has been promoted to the role of Chief Technology Officer (CTO). As the Chief Technology Officer, Ali will set the strategy and future direction for our technology products and services. Ali joined TA Digital over a year ago as the VP of Digital Technologies. Since then, he has played a key role in leading our digital practices and forging stronger relationships with our technology partners.
