In early 2019, TA Digital met with SAP executives to discuss our partnership and joint Go to Market strategy. During these meetings, SAP revealed a shift in their GTM strategy from a segmented bag of solutions sold by multiple account executives to a single sales bag offering all cloud solutions by a single account executive. At TA Digital, we recognized the need to align with this vision.
SAP also shifted their focus to the three pillars of the C4/HANA suite, which includes SAP Commerce, Marketing, and CDC cloud solutions. This shift created a white space for most of their account executives. There was a gap in their knowledge and experience in walking clients through an end to end user journey leveraging the power of all three clouds and selling these solutions as a holistic customer experience package.
This became the impetus for the creation of TA Digital’s NEXUS CX Solution. NEXUS, by definition, is a connection or linking of two or more things, the center or most important point or place.
