As an Inside Sales Representative, you will work to grow our company’s customer base by identifying and attracting sales leads, new customers, pitching our services to new clients, and nurturing new & existing clients. Ideal candidates will possess a tremendous level of ambition and embody an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Achieving target of prospecting through sourcing contacts, email campaigns, and lead generation.
- Generating new leads through extensive web research, web analytics report & internet marketing/search.
- Ability to develop and implement a sales plan.
- Source contacts through LinkedIn, Job portals, Digital marketing events, etc.
- Outbound business development and client interaction
- Internet marketing, Strategic email blast, or campaign outlining our service portfolio.
- Remarkable communication skills, articulation and comprehension, written and oral.
- Urgency-driven decision making and drive
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; will consider 3 additional years of experience with an Associate’s Degree.
- 5+ years of Sales Support / Inside Sales experience.
- A successful track record in selling for at least one CMS / WCMS, Commerce, or MA Platform.
- 1+ year experience within one or more Digital ecosystems: Adobe, SAP Hybris, Salesforce, Episerver, Magento, Sitecore, Elastic Path, Acquia, BigCommerce, Marketo, Coveo, and MS Dynamics.
- Strong experience in business development and sales for a digital transformation agency, focused on similar services as TA Digital.
- Can demonstrate a successful track record of achieving targets and KPIs.
- Strong research and strategic analysis skills.
- Utilize Microsoft Dynamics CRM to ensure standard sales processes are followed to document customer interactions.
- Proven knowledge of development tools, such as Outreach, SalesLoft, Discover.Org, Zoom Info.
- Ability to travel at least 10%
