In early 2019, TA Digital met with SAP executives to discuss our partnership and joint Go to Market strategy. During these meetings, SAP revealed a shift in their GTM strategy from a segmented bag of solutions sold by multiple account executives to a single sales bag offering all cloud solutions by a single account executive. At TA Digital, we recognized the need to align with this vision.

SAP also shifted their focus to the pillars of the C4/HANA suite, which includes SAP Commerce, Marketing, CDC, and Qualtrics cloud solutions. This shift created a white space for most of their account executives. There was a gap in their knowledge and experience in walking clients through an end to end user journey leveraging the power of all three clouds and selling these solutions as a holistic customer experience package.

This became the impetus for the creation of TA Digital’s NEXUS CX Solution. NEXUS, by definition, is a connection or linking of two or more things, the center or most important point or place. By surrounding the customer (the center) with these three robust SAP cloud solutions, we create a NEXUS of unapparelled customer experiences and a single 360-degree view of the customer.
